(Kuwait News Agency): Announcement of admission results for holders of the ninth-grade certificate and below for the 2026-2027 academic year

Kuwait, Aug 31 (KUNA) — The Public Authority for Applied Education and Training (PAAET) announced the admission results for the 2026–2027 academic year for 2,146 students holding the Ninth Grade certificate or lower. In a press statement issued on Monday, the Authority said that its Director General, Dr. Hassan Al-Fajam, approved the admission results for applicants holding the Ninth Grade certificate or its equivalent, as well as those holding the Fifth Grade certificate or its equivalent, in addition to applicants for the special classes in the Authority’s institutes and its specialized training courses.
For his part, Dr. Mohammed Al-Kandari, Dean of Admissions and Registration, clarified that the admission process was conducted in accordance with the approved admission plan and governing regulations, based on minimum admission percentages, the ranking of applicants’ preferences, and the availability of training seats.
Al-Kandari noted that the total number of admitted students holding the Ninth Grade certificate or its equivalent reached 2,058 out of 2,108 applicants. Meanwhile, 58 students holding the Fifth Grade certificate or its equivalent were admitted, along with 30 students admitted to the special classes.
The Dean urged admitted students to follow announcements and instructions issued through the Authority’s official channels and its affiliated institutes to stay updated on developments regarding guidance procedures, personal interviews, academic schedules, and the start dates of classes.
