(Affairs): 45 job opportunities offered to Kuwaitis at 15 cooperative societies

Kuwait, Aug 30 (KUNA) – The Ministry of Social Affairs announced on Sunday the opening of 45 job opportunities for Kuwaitis at 15 cooperative societies, in coordination with the Public Authority for Manpower.

Dr. Sayed Eissa, Acting Assistant Undersecretary for Financial and Administrative Affairs and Cooperation Affairs, told the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) that this step is part of the ministry’s efforts to support the employment of national labor and strengthen the presence of Kuwaiti expertise in the cooperative sector.

He added that offering these opportunities aligns with the ministry’s direction to provide suitable jobs for citizens based on the actual needs of each cooperative, as well as the required specializations and qualifications, thereby contributing to raising “Kuwaitization” rates and leveraging national cadres to develop cooperative work.

He clarified that registration will take place via the “Fakhrana for National Labor” platform, operated by the Public Authority for Manpower, from September 2 to 16, in accordance with the conditions and regulations governing the advertised positions.

He emphasized the ministry’s continued coordination with the Public Authority for Manpower and relevant entities to open more job opportunities for citizens in the cooperative sector, thereby enhancing the participation of national labor and solidifying the principle of equal opportunity in employment.
