Kuwait Premier League (Zain): Kazma defeats Al-Tadamun 3-1 in the first round

Kuwait City, August 27 (KUNA) -- Kazma defeated Al-Tadamun 3-1 in the final match of the opening round of the current 2026-2027 season of the Zain Premier League for football.

At the Kazma Stadium (Al-Sadaqa wa Al-Salam), Kazma started by applying pressure and launching attacks, with Shuaib Al-Khalidi opening the scoring for the hosts in the 19th minute. However, Al-Tadamun managed to return to the match by equalizing via a penalty kick scored by Santos in the fifth minute of first-half stoppage time.

In the early stages of the second half, Kazma scored a second goal in the 52nd minute with a powerful shot from Amath Ndao, before his Brazilian teammate Patrick added a third goal in the 75th minute, confirming Kazma’s victory and sealing the match.

With this win, Kazma tops the standings at the end of the opening round with three points and a superior goal difference ahead of Al-Shabab, Al-Nasr, Al-Qadsia, and Al-Sahel. (End) M.Y.M. / R.J.
