(Ministry of Food): Issuance of various violations against food establishments in the Al-Aridya Craft Area

Kuwait City, Aug 26 (KUNA) -- The Public Authority for Food and Nutrition announced on Wednesday the issuance of seven diverse violation notices following an inspection tour of several food establishments in the Aradhiya Industrial Area. The Authority stated in a press release that the tour, carried out by the Inspection Department of Farwaniya Governorate, represented by the Food Inspection Center (RI), resulted in the detection of violations of health and general hygiene standards and the expiration of health licenses. The Authority added that the violations also included the circulation of food and the employment of workers without obtaining health certificates, noting that necessary legal measures were taken against the violators. It reaffirmed the continuation of its supervisory and inspection tours in various areas to safeguard consumers’ health and ensure the safety of food circulating in the markets. (End) A.Y.S. / A.A.H.
