Minister of Public Works Receives Director General of the Ports Authority and His Deputy to Discuss Development of Operations and Removal of Obstacles for the Coming Phase

Kuwait City, August 26 (KUNA) -- Public Works Minister Dr. Noura Al-Mashaan received the Managing Director of the Kuwait Ports Authority, Sheikh Khaled Salem Abdulaziz Al-Saud, and the Authority’s Assistant Managing Director, Muassad Al-Shatti, to discuss ways to develop operations and remove obstacles, thereby enhancing performance and achieving objectives in the coming period.

In a press statement issued today, Wednesday, the Public Works Ministry said the meeting followed the issuance of an emiri decree appointing Muassad Al-Shatti as Assistant to the Managing Director of the Kuwait Ports Authority at the rank of Assistant Undersecretary for a four-year term, renewable.

Dr. Al-Mashaan affirmed during the meeting her support for the Authority’s efforts and her commitment to continuing work with a team spirit that aligns with the political leadership’s directions and aspirations. (End) M.S.A. / A.M.H.
