(Ministry of Interior): Registration opens for applications to join courses for Assistant Officer and Sergeant

Kuwait City, August 21 (KUNA) -- The Ministry of Interior, through its Education and Training Sector, announced the opening of registration for applicants wishing to enroll in cadet courses, from August 23 until the required quota is filled.

In a press statement issued on Friday, the Ministry said that applicants wishing to enroll in the fourth cohort of the Non-Commissioned Officer Cadet Course (rank of Assistant Officer) must hold an academic qualification obtained through at least two years of study after secondary school, from the Non-Commissioned Officers Institute affiliated with the Saad Al-Abdullah Academy of Police Sciences.

The Education and Training Sector also announced the opening of registration for female applicants wishing to enroll in the sixteenth cohort of the Female Non-Commissioned Officer Cadet Course (rank of Assistant Officer), for holders of an academic qualification obtained through at least two years of study after secondary school, from the Women’s Police Institute affiliated with the Academy.

The statement noted that applications for the third cohort of the Non-Commissioned Officer Cadet Course (rank of Sergeant) for holders of a secondary school certificate would be accepted from the Non-Commissioned Officers Institute affiliated with the Saad Al-Abdullah Academy of Police Sciences during the aforementioned period and until the required quota for the course is filled.

Registration was also opened for female applicants wishing to enroll in the sixteenth cohort of the Female Non-Commissioned Officer Cadet Course (rank of Sergeant) for holders of a secondary school certificate, from the Women’s Police Institute affiliated with the Saad Al-Abdullah Academy of Police Sciences, from August 23 until the required quota for the course is filled.
