UAE: Two ballistic missiles detected coming from Iran

Abu Dhabi, August 18 (KUNA) -- The UAE Ministry of Defense announced on Tuesday that air defenses detected two ballistic missiles launched from Iran toward the country. The first missile fell outside territorial waters, while the second landed within territorial waters. In a statement, the Ministry of Defense said it remains on high alert and fully prepared to address any threats and firmly counter any actions aimed at undermining the country’s security, thereby safeguarding its sovereignty, security, and stability, and protecting its national interests and assets.
