Kuwait's Ambassador to Argentina Presents Credentials as Non-Resident Ambassador Accredited to Chile

Washington, August 18 (KUNA) – Kuwait’s Ambassador to Argentina, Abdulaziz Al-Basher, presented his credentials as non-resident ambassador accredited to the Republic of Chile to President José Antonio Kast, in the presence of Foreign Minister Francisco Macaya.

In a statement, the Kuwaiti Embassy in Argentina said that Ambassador Al-Basher conveyed greetings from His Highness the Amir of Kuwait, Sheikh Meshal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, may God protect him, and the political leadership, along with best wishes for the friendly Republic of Chile for continued progress and prosperity.

The statement added that President Kast conveyed his greetings to His Highness the Amir, may God protect him, emphasizing the Republic of Chile’s interest in strengthening the bonds of friendship and elevating bilateral relations between the two friendly countries.

It clarified that the meeting recalled the longstanding bilateral relations between the two countries, spanning 65 years, and that both sides expressed their commitment to continuing to enhance and expand the frameworks of bilateral cooperation in all fields, in the interest of both countries and their friendly peoples.
