Istanbul, August 17 (KUNA) -- Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan held talks today, Monday, with his Iranian counterpart Abbas Araghchi on the issue of reopening the Strait of Hormuz to navigation and the latest developments concerning the ceasefire between Iran and the United States. The Turkish Anadolu Agency reported that sources in the Turkish Foreign Ministry said Fidan discussed with Araghchi during a phone call the matter of reopening the Strait of Hormuz and the latest status of negotiations regarding the continuation of the ceasefire between Iran and the United States.
