Yemen: 4 civilians killed in renewed Houthi militia airstrikes on the coastal city of Al-Mukha

Aden, Aug 14 (KUNA) -- The Yemeni state news agency (Saba) reported on Friday that four Yemeni civilians were killed when Houthi militia targeted residential neighborhoods in the city of Al-Mukha and its port, located in the coastal Taiz Governorate on the Red Sea. The agency quoted a military source as saying that “the terrorist Houthi militia targeted Al-Mukha city with six missiles, while air defenses shot down several drones belonging to the militia as part of the ongoing escalation against Al-Mukha.” The source added that initial damage reports from the attack indicate the death of four civilians and the burning of several fishing boats, noting that relevant authorities are continuing to assess and evaluate the damages resulting from the attack on the port and adjacent residential areas.
