Assistant Undersecretary for Public Security Meets with Traffic and Operations Officials to Enhance Field Competence and Expand Service Coverage

Kuwait City, August 13 (KUNA) — Assistant Undersecretary for Public Security Affairs at the Kuwaiti Ministry of Interior, Major General Hamad Al-Munifi, held discussions with officials from the Traffic and Operations Affairs Sector on mechanisms to enhance field efficiency and expand the scope of services provided to citizens and residents, thereby contributing to faster processing of transactions and improved service quality. The General Directorate of Traffic stated in a statement on Thursday that this came during a meeting attended by the head of the Traffic and Operations Affairs Sector, Brigadier General Haqqooqi Ahmed Al-Azmi, and directors of the sector’s subordinate departments. It clarified that the meeting was held in implementation of directives from senior leadership at the Ministry of Interior and to reaffirm the continued focus on digital transformation and the development of electronic services.
