Qatar condemns Houthi attacks on the Najran region in Saudi Arabia

Doha, Aug 7 (KUNA) — Qatar condemned today, Friday, the Houthi group’s attacks on the Najran region in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which resulted in injuries to several civilians. Doha described the attacks as a blatant violation of Saudi sovereignty, a flagrant breach of international law, and a dangerous escalation that threatens the security and stability of the region. In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized Qatar’s firm rejection of attacks targeting civilians, civilian objects, and vital facilities, and reaffirmed Qatar’s full solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in all measures it takes to safeguard its territorial integrity, security, and stability.
