Chief of General Staff Holds Talks with Italian Military Attaché in Kuwait on Common Issues

Kuwait City, Aug 6 (KUNA) — Chief of the General Staff of the Kuwaiti Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Khaled Al-Sharhan, held talks with the Italian Military Attaché to Kuwait, Colonel Michele Riga, on matters of mutual interest. The General Staff Presidency said in a press statement on Thursday that Lieutenant General Al-Sharhan received Colonel Riga, during which the bilateral relations between the two friendly countries were reviewed and several topics of shared concern were discussed. The statement added that military cooperation and ways to enhance it, in line with the common interests of both sides, were also discussed during the meeting. (End) E.H.K./A.M.H.
