Saudi Crown Prince Discusses Regional Developments in Phone Call with Turkish President

Jeddah, August 3 (KUNA) -- Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman held talks today, Monday, with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on developments in the region. The Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported that the discussion took place during a phone call between the Saudi Crown Prince and the Turkish President. The agency clarified that the call also covered bilateral relations between Saudi Arabia and Turkey and ways to support and strengthen them in various fields. It added that the Turkish President reiterated his country’s condemnation and rejection of the Houthi militia’s attacks on ships in the Red Sea, and affirmed Turkey’s full support for Saudi Arabia.
