Turkey's exports reach $25.6 billion in July 2026
Istanbul, Aug 3 (KUNA) -- Turkish Trade Minister Ömer Bolat announced on Monday that Turkey’s exports of goods and services reached $25.6 billion in July. Speaking at a meeting held at the Foreign Trade Complex of the Turkish Exporters Assembly in Istanbul, Bolat said that Turkey’s exports in July 2026 rose by 9.3 percent compared to the same month last year (2025). He added that total Turkish exports in July amounted to $278.6 billion on an annual basis, marking the highest level ever, and noted that the global economy has entered a phase of rising protectionism and geopolitical risks this year. He pointed out that geopolitical developments in the region have led to significant increases in the prices of energy, petrochemical products, and fertilizers, as well as disruptions in supply chains.
