Bahraini and Jordanian monarchs discuss regional de-escalation efforts in a phone call

Manama, Aug 2 (KUNA) -- Bahraini King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and Jordanian King Abdullah II bin Al Hussein held a telephone conversation today, Sunday, to review the close fraternal relations between the two countries and discuss efforts to de-escalate regional tensions. The Bahraini News Agency (BNA) reported that the two kings affirmed during the call their rejection, condemnation, and denunciation of Iranian attacks on the two kingdoms and other countries in the region, as well as the importance of intensifying efforts to enhance peace, security, and stability in the region for the benefit of its countries and peoples.
