Trump: We will strike Iran with extreme force because they are breaking their commitments

Washington, July 31 (KUNA) – U.S. President Donald Trump said on Friday that the United States would launch extremely severe strikes against Iran, reiterating accusations that Iranians frequently break their commitments. During a cabinet meeting he chaired at Camp David, Trump added, “We have completely eliminated their military capabilities. It is true that they currently have remnants of those capabilities, but they will lose them soon.” He continued, “We will deliver extremely powerful strikes, and at some point they will realize that they can no longer bear the burden.” He also expressed his belief that Iran’s situation is extremely dire. “They are going through a very, very difficult situation and facing immense hardships.” He stressed that Iranian behavior has been characterized by dishonesty and a lack of integrity, adding, “But none of that changes the fact that their situation is extremely bad.” He went on to say that Iranians “always want to negotiate, but they frequently break their commitments,” citing the nuclear file as an example: “We sit down and discuss this file for seven hours, then they leave and say: We never discussed the nuclear file at all.” He added, “We simply want to win.
