Price of Kuwaiti crude oil barrel rises by $1.69 to reach $86.69

Kuwait City, July 31 (KUNA) -- The price of a barrel of Kuwaiti crude oil rose by $1.69 to reach $86.69 per barrel in Thursday’s trading, compared with $85 per barrel on Tuesday, according to the price announced by the Kuwait Petroleum Corporation. In global markets, Brent crude futures fell by $1.71 to $89.03 per barrel, while West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude futures dropped by 87 cents to $83.59 per barrel. (End) K.M.
