UAE strongly condemns attack on two ships in Port of Damietta, Arab Republic of Egypt

Abu Dhabi, July 30 (KUNA) -- The United Arab Emirates today, Thursday, strongly condemned the drone attack targeting two ships in the port of Damietta in the sister Arab Republic of Egypt. The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a press release that this attack constitutes a serious threat to the security and safety of international navigation, and represents a dangerous escalation aimed at undermining the security and stability of vital ports and waterways, thereby threatening regional and international peace and stability. The ministry reaffirmed the UAE’s full solidarity with the sister Arab Republic of Egypt and its unwavering support for all measures Egypt takes to safeguard its security and stability.
