Lebanon: Toll of Israeli Occupation Aggression Rises to 4,330 Dead

Beirut, April 24 (KUNA) -- The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced on Friday that the total number of victims of the ongoing Israeli occupation aggression has risen to 4,330 killed. The ministry’s Emergency Operations Center said in a statement that the cumulative total of victims of the Israeli occupation aggression since March 2 has reached 4,330 killed and 12,236 wounded. On the ground, the Lebanese National News Agency reported that occupation forces carried out widespread bombing operations in the towns of Kafr Kila, Markaba, and Al-Tireh in southern Lebanon, coinciding with the dropping of a sound bomb by an unmanned aerial vehicle on the town of Mansouri, with no casualties reported. Since March 2, Lebanon has witnessed a major military escalation and intensive aerial raids by the Israeli occupation air force on various Lebanese areas, resulting in widespread destruction of residential buildings and infrastructure and the displacement of hundreds of thousands of residents.
