Saudi Foreign Minister Discusses Regional Developments with His Italian and Spanish Counterparts
Riyadh, July 21 (KUNA) -- Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan held two phone calls on Tuesday with Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani and Spanish Foreign Minister José Álvarez to discuss developments in the region. The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement that the calls addressed the condemnation and denunciation of the terrorist attack carried out by the Houthi militia, which targeted the southern region of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It added that the calls emphasized the importance of preserving the security and freedom of maritime navigation in the Arabian Gulf and the Red Sea, and rejected any actions or practices that could threaten the security and safety of navigation in these waters.
