Washington, July 20 (KUNA) -- The U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) announced on Monday the commencement of a new round of airstrikes against Iran. In a statement, CENTCOM said that U.S. forces “began today at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time a new round of strikes against Iran.” The statement added that these strikes aim to further undermine Iranian military capabilities used to attack commercial navigation in the Strait of Hormuz.
