Qatar's Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs discusses the latest regional developments with several of his counterparts

Doha, July 19 (KUNA) -- The Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, held discussions on Sunday with several of his counterparts regarding the latest regional developments. The Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in separate press releases that these talks took place during phone calls conducted by the Prime Minister and Foreign Minister with Omani Foreign Minister Badr Al Busaidi, Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan, and Jordanian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Affairs, Ayman Safadi. During the calls, the parties reviewed cooperation relations and ways to support and strengthen them, and discussed the latest regional developments, particularly diplomatic efforts and joint coordination to de-escalate tensions and enhance security and stability in the region. Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman reaffirmed Qatar’s full support for all initiatives aimed at defusing tensions and reaching a comprehensive agreement that ensures lasting peace in the region.
