Saudi Foreign Minister Discusses Regional Developments with Regional Counterparts

Riyadh, July 19 (KUNA) -- Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan held talks today, Sunday, with several regional counterparts on developments in the regional situation and ways to enhance coordination and consultation, as well as to support diplomatic efforts aimed at containing escalation and addressing challenges in a manner that serves common interests and contributes to consolidating security and stability in the region. The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated in a press release that these discussions took place during phone calls received by Prince Faisal bin Farhan from Qatari Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, Jordanian Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi, and Egyptian Foreign Minister Dr. Badr Abdelatty.
