Foreign Minister Receives Call from His Jordanian Counterpart, During Which the Blameless Iranian Attacks Targeting Both Countries Were Condemned

Kuwait City, July 19 (KUNA) -- Foreign Minister Sheikh Jaraah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah received a telephone call today from Ayman Safadi, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, on Sunday. The Foreign Ministry said in a statement that the call involved condemnation of the reprehensible Iranian attacks that recently targeted both Kuwait and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, with both sides affirming their full right to take all necessary measures to safeguard their sovereignty and preserve their security and stability. It added that the latest developments in the region were discussed, particularly the current escalation and its repercussions, as well as efforts to promote diplomatic solutions that contribute to maintaining regional security and stability.
