Foreign Minister and Saudi Counterpart Condemn Iranian Attacks Targeting Kuwait

Kuwait, July 18 (KUNA) -- Foreign Minister Sheikh Jaraah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah held a telephone conversation today, Saturday, with the Foreign Minister of the sister Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, during which the despicable Iranian attacks that recently targeted Kuwait were condemned. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement that the call reaffirmed Kuwait’s full right to take all necessary measures to safeguard its sovereignty and preserve its security and stability. The latest developments in the region were also discussed, particularly the current escalation and its repercussions, as well as efforts to promote diplomatic solutions that contribute to maintaining regional security and stability.
