Kuwait City, July 14 (KUNA) – Kuwait Defense Ministry spokesperson Brigadier General Saud Al-Atwan stated that the Armed Forces had intercepted and neutralized one ballistic missile, five cruise missiles, and 33 hostile drones “since Tuesday evening until now.” In a press statement, Al-Atwan explained that the reprehensible Iranian aggression resulted in the targeting of several vital and civilian facilities, with debris falling in various locations across the country, causing material damage. He added that one vessel belonging to the Kuwait Naval Force was targeted, resulting in injuries to four members of the Armed Forces, who received necessary medical care and treatment and are currently in stable condition. He reaffirmed that the Armed Forces continue to carry out their duties and responsibilities efficiently, maintaining constant readiness and preparedness to enhance national security and safeguard the safety of citizens and residents.
