Kuwait City, April 26 (KUNA) – The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Joint Production Organization has produced a short awareness film titled “From Generation to Generation,” aimed at strengthening communication values among the generations of GCC member states, marking a new addition to its record of achievements.

In a press statement on Sunday, the organization said the film underscores its launch into new Gulf media and artistic horizons that keep pace with the comprehensive developmental renaissance witnessed by the countries of the region across various levels. It also embodies a profound message centered on consolidating values of cooperation and integration among the peoples of the GCC states.

The organization added that the production of this film confirms the integration among Gulf generations, noting that the present is built on the experiences of the past and moves toward the future with an enlightened vision derived from the directives and wisdom of the GCC leaders in confronting regional and international challenges and changes.

The film stars a select group of prominent artists from the Gulf states, including veteran actor Mohammed Al-Mansour, actors Yousef Abdullah, Gouri Al-Baounoun, and Joud Al-Baounoun. The scenario and dialogue were written by Dr. Ziad Al-Husseini, who also directed the work under the general supervision of the organization’s Director General, Sheikh Mubarak Fahad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah.

The statement quoted Mohammed Al-Mansour emphasizing that the film embodies the spirit of cohesion among Gulf generations and reflects the wisdom of GCC leaders in steering the path of stability and development. He stressed the importance of honoring the pioneering generation that contributed to building the foundations of the Gulf renaissance.

For his part, director Ziad Al-Husseini explained, according to the statement, that the film addresses the journey of generations through a human perspective that reflects shared responsibility in building the future. He noted that the work carries a message of loyalty, continuity, and motivation, aiming to inspire young people to assume their responsibilities, strive for excellence, and exceed expectations.

On his part, Ali Hassan, Director of Marketing and Media at the organization, confirmed that since the first day of the unjust Iranian attacks on the GCC member states, the organization has dedicated its media production to strengthening the unified Gulf discourse through a team led by Director General Sheikh Mubarak Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, in order to implement a comprehensive media plan that aligns with these exceptional circumstances.

Hassan clarified that these efforts are part of delivering a calculated media discourse consistent with the orientations of the GCC states and translating the recommendations of the GCC Ministers of Media Council, thereby contributing to consolidating Gulf unity and enhancing shared media messages in the face of challenges.

The organization noted that the film “From Generation to Generation” serves as a model for purposeful works that address various generations, highlighting the contribution of each generation to building the present and anticipating the future. The message affirms that the Gulf development trajectory is a continuous extension where efforts integrate and responsibilities grow.

The organization indicated that screenings of the film have begun on the organization’s website and its social media accounts, as well as on television channels across the region. (End) M.D.M./A.N.D.
