The Ministry of Media announced the launch of the “Kuwait Towards an Innovative Digital Generation” initiative, presented by the Central Agency for Information Technology in collaboration with Microsoft.

In a statement today, the ministry said the initiative aims to develop digital skills and enhance employees’ proficiency in using modern technologies. It includes free training programs in several areas, such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, data analysis engineering, and digital transformation.

The ministry urged its employees interested in benefiting from the training programs to register via the dedicated online link on the Central Agency for Information Technology’s website within the specified period. It noted that the courses will begin on the 30th of this month and continue until December 7 next year.

In this context, the Central Agency for Information Technology stated on its website that the “Kuwait Towards an Innovative Digital Generation” initiative is a national effort officially launched on November 2, under the patronage and presence of Omar Al-Omar, Minister of State for Communications and Information Technology Affairs and Acting Minister of Media and Culture. The initiative is a collaboration between the Central Agency for Information Technology and Microsoft and Think Smart, with the goal of building digital capacities for institutions and individuals, and qualifying national cadres in advanced technology fields such as artificial intelligence.
