Winds and Stakes: Who Was Defeated in the US Elections?

Winds and Stakes: Who Was Defeated in the US Elections?
Qiyas summary

The attacks on Islam, racism, and Netanyahu are the main losers.

Regardless of the choice between the Republican and Democratic parties, which are not significantly different, I will address the losers in the U.S. elections, the results of which were announced last week.

It is clear that defeat has befallen those who mocked Islam and ridiculed the name of the Prophet (peace be upon him) on several occasions, and who claimed that the protests in France were caused by Muslim migrants. This refers to the same individual whose ambassador to Israel (Halevi) asserted that Israel has the right to seize parts of four Arab countries because God granted them this right. It was also this person whose health minister (Robert F. Kennedy Jr.) stated last week that Arabs constitute a nation of 500 million people yet have achieved nothing in science and literature. He mocked Arab leaders and their wealth, despite their billion-dollar contracts with his companies. He exploited “Islamophobia” during the election campaigns, claiming that the Democratic candidate was a Muslim, a jihadist, and a terrorist affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood, and labeling New York’s Muslim mayor as a communist. Therefore, I believe the loser in the U.S. elections is the attack on Islam and everyone who engaged in it.

I also consider racism the second loser. The biggest racists, who hate poor migrants and advocate for their deportation, lost this battle. The pro-Israel lobbying group AIPAC also lost its candidates, despite spending tens of millions of dollars on them, because it lost the votes of non-racist Jews.

Racists are experiencing their worst days after losing their alleged superiority over Mexican, Arab, Islamic, African minorities, and migrants, having squandered all human rights values.

Netanyahu is also among the losers. He lost the support of the largest ally of his party, the U.S. president, who had urged Israelis to re-elect Netanyahu, claiming he was the only one deserving of the prime ministership. The president told him in the Knesset, “You are smart, Bibi, because you know American weapons better than I do as President of the United States,” and used them wisely in Gaza. Netanyahu also lost his allies who support settlement expansion and reject the establishment of a Palestinian state.

Those who defended their president, Trump, despite his grave mistakes, also lost. Americans proved that everyone’s words are held against them, even the leader of the world’s most powerful country.

Isolationists and Muslims and minorities living in the West who advocated abandoning public affairs are also among the losers. It has been proven that participation, despite its difficulties and challenges, is better and more beneficial for their lives and more protective of their rights than isolation, which leaves the field to their opponents who seek to crush them and disregard their rights.

Those who claimed and spread that any Islamic initiative was backed by the Muslim Brotherhood also lost. They attacked every Muslim with this accusation, but their propaganda did not deceive those who elected Muslims in America.

We cannot be overly optimistic. America is a country with parties, institutions, and interests that differ significantly from the interests of the Arab and Islamic nations. What I fear most now is that Zionist intelligence agencies and their followers, or American entities, might orchestrate a terrorist attack with innocent victims in Europe or America, thereby reviving “Islamophobia” in the consciousness and conscience there.

The question now is: Will those Muslims and Arabs who succeeded be able to push for the creation of a Palestinian state, halt Israeli settlements, support the people of Gaza, attempt to prosecute Netanyahu, and curb the arming of Zionists to keep American wealth in America, while combating corruption and inflation as they promised in their campaigns? We will continue to watch and see, for tomorrow is within sight.
