'Foreign Ministry': Saudi Security is an Integral Part of Kuwait's Security

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed Kuwait’s strong condemnation and denunciation of the Houthi militia’s attempt to target the city of Medina in the sister Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with a ballistic missile. It reaffirmed Kuwait’s firm rejection of the continuation of these terrorist attacks, which constitute a blatant violation of the Kingdom’s sovereignty, a flagrant breach of international law and international humanitarian law, and a provocation to the feelings of Muslims around the world.
The Ministry reiterated Kuwait’s absolute solidarity with the sister Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, its steadfast support, and its backing of all measures undertaken to safeguard the Kingdom’s sovereignty and security, as well as to protect its citizens and residents on its territory. It praised the vigilance and effectiveness of Saudi air defenses in countering these despicable and cowardly attacks, and emphasized that the security of the Kingdom is an integral part of the security of the State of Kuwait and the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.
