Al-Rabiah: 'Creativity Festival' Launches Tomorrow at Modern Art Museum

The “Creativity Festival” kicks off tomorrow at the Museum of Modern Art, running from the 5th to the 7th of this month, creating a vibrant space that brings together a select group of creatives, content creators, and specialists across various creative fields to exchange expertise and experiences.

Sarah Al-Rabiah, the festival’s CEO, announced that preparations are complete for the event’s launch tomorrow at the Museum of Modern Art. She noted that the festival aims to provide a comprehensive environment that unites creatives to facilitate knowledge transfer through dialogue sessions and workshops organized by speakers and participants, thereby encouraging initiative and opening new horizons and opportunities for collaboration and development. Organizers aspire for the festival to become a recurring gathering that supports the creative sector and strengthens partnerships among its professionals.

Mishari Al-Mutawa, co-founder of the Creativity Festival, revealed important details regarding the launch of the “Creativity Award,” an exclusive initiative designed to encourage outstanding talents and achievements. He explained that the award covers five distinct categories and serves as an honorary and motivational prize aimed at fostering positive competition and highlighting national talents and media projects in Kuwait.

He added that registration and nominations for the competition will open after the festival concludes, not during its duration, with an official date for the awards ceremony and the announcement of winners to be set in 2027.

The festival is held under the patronage of the National Council for Culture, Arts and Letters, with golden sponsorship from Zain and Dima, and is organized by Venture Works and the Phinests creative platform, in strategic partnership with Zone. The event welcomes the public daily at the Museum of Modern Art from the 5th to the 7th of this month, from 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
