Al Mal Group celebrated the conclusion of its summer training program, organized in collaboration with Achieve Kuwait, in a move reflecting the group’s ongoing commitment to investing in Kuwaiti youth, developing their professional capabilities, and preparing them for the requirements of the private sector labor market.

The program, which lasted a full month, was concluded with a special event held at the group’s headquarters in Shuwaikh. The event brought together representatives from the human resources departments of Al Mal and Achieve Kuwait to celebrate the successful completion of the training program and to appreciate the joint efforts and fruitful cooperation between the two entities that contributed to the program’s success.

The program provided trainees with the opportunity to gain close insight into the nature of work across various sectors of Al Mal Group, including automotive, engineering, manufacturing, financial services, and other business areas. Trainees also experienced a comprehensive professional immersion that allowed them to observe the group’s operations, interact with the work environment, and explore diverse career paths and professional opportunities within the private sector.

Faisal Al-Mutairi, Head of Human Resources at Al Mal Group, said, “Our partnership with Achieve Kuwait, spanning more than six years, serves as a model of sustainable cooperation aimed at supporting Kuwaiti youth and enhancing their readiness for the labor market. Through this partnership, we strive to provide real opportunities for young people to gain practical experience, develop their professional skills, and understand the nature of work in the private sector, thereby facilitating their transition from education to professional life.”

Al-Mutairi added, “It was encouraging to witness the enthusiasm, curiosity, and eagerness to learn demonstrated by this year’s trainees, along with their engagement and commitment throughout the program. We hope this experience has broadened their professional horizons and provided them with a clearer vision of what their future careers may hold.”

For her part, Laila Al-Mutairi, Chief Executive Officer of Achieve Kuwait, stated, “Over the past years, our partnership with Al Mal Group has exemplified fruitful cooperation in supporting youth and strengthening their connection to labor market requirements. Such partnerships are particularly important in enabling young people to gain a deeper understanding of the work environment, learn its demands, and explore their career prospects, thereby enhancing their ability to plan confidently and consciously for their future. We value the ongoing partnership with Al Mal Group, built on collaboration and mutual trust, and look forward to continuing this cooperation to empower Kuwaiti youth to achieve their aspirations and actively contribute to Kuwait’s development and progress.”

Al Mal Group continues to uphold its commitment to supporting initiatives that help prepare national talent and develop human capital in Kuwait by providing opportunities that enable young people to gain experience, develop skills, and familiarize themselves with the private sector work environment. Through its ongoing partnership with Achieve Kuwait, the group continues its role in supporting the next generation of Kuwaiti talent and contributing to building a national workforce capable of actively participating in Kuwait’s development and progress.
