National Guard and Education Ministry: Strengthening Partnership to Foster Citizenship Among Students

Ahmed Bashir Al-Roumi Boys’ Secondary School recently hosted a delegation from the National Guard to deliver a series of lectures and awareness workshops aimed at enhancing students’ awareness, enriching their knowledge, and strengthening their life skills. These activities were part of the second season of the awareness program and reflected the commitment to strengthening community partnership and cooperation between the Ministry of Education and the General Presidency of the National Guard.

The events included a number of diverse lectures and workshops covering topics such as first aid, national loyalty and belonging, vehicle maintenance, and fire fighting, all contributing to the promotion of a culture of safety and security, the entrenchment of citizenship and responsibility values, and introducing students to essential skills for dealing with various situations.

It is worth noting that these activities align with the Ministry’s keenness to enhance cooperation with state institutions and organize awareness programs and activities that support the educational process, broaden students’ horizons, and link theoretical knowledge with practical applications, thereby enhancing their readiness to handle various life situations.
