Aramco Saudi Arabia’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Engineer Amin Nasser, stated that the company achieved strong results despite the unprecedented disruptions the energy sector experienced in recent months. He noted that the resilience of its local supply chain network served as a key pillar supporting business continuity and maintaining operational performance levels, emphasizing that the company possesses the capacity to execute emergency repairs six times faster than its peers.
Preliminary financial results for Aramco Saudi Arabia showed net income attributable to shareholders reaching approximately 137.39 billion Saudi riyals ($36.64 billion) in the third quarter of 2026, compared to around 97.26 billion riyals ($25.94 billion) in the same quarter of 2025, representing a 41.26% increase. Adjusted net income stood at 117 billion riyals ($31.20 billion) for the third quarter of 2026. The total adjustments amounted to 18.95 billion riyals ($5.05 billion), primarily related to gains from sales and disposals, mainly attributed to recognizing gains from the sale of Aramco Saudi Arabia’s stake in an affiliated company, as well as zakat and tax adjustments.
Nasser clarified that Aramco successfully accelerated the restoration of affected assets while adhering to the highest safety standards, contributing to maintaining operational reliability and enhancing the company’s ability to meet global market demands amid the exceptional challenges faced by the sector.
The Aramco CEO added that the company managed to increase liquid hydrocarbon production by 15% compared to the previous quarter, an achievement reflecting the efficiency of its operational systems and the flexibility of its infrastructure. He confirmed that operational efforts also contributed to raising export levels and achieving higher shipping rates.
He noted that despite attacks targeting some of the company’s facilities, Aramco continued to execute its operational plans efficiently, successfully achieving higher export rates, which demonstrates its ability to manage risks and ensure the continuity of supplies to local and global markets.
Aramco Saudi Arabia’s Chief Executive Officer, Amin Nasser, had previously emphasized in his commentary on the company’s third-quarter 2026 results that the persistence of geopolitical uncertainty and attacks on major energy facilities contributed to deepening the global energy supply crisis during the period, negatively impacting energy security worldwide.
Nasser explained that despite these exceptional circumstances, the company managed to maintain the reliability of its supplies thanks to the dedication and operational excellence of its workforce, the flexibility of its business model, and the strength of its supply chain network developed over decades, enabling it to meet customer needs efficiently during one of the most challenging periods in the sector.
Aramco Saudi Arabia announced the distribution of basic dividends to shareholders for the third quarter of 2026, in line with the company’s policy of distributing sustainable and growing dividends.
In a statement on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) on Tuesday, the company said that the Board of Directors decided on November 2, 2026, to distribute cash dividends worth $21.89 billion (82.07 billion riyals) to shareholders, representing a 3.5% year-on-year increase, to be paid in the fourth quarter.
