Kuwait’s Minister of Social Affairs, Labor, Cooperatives, and Poverty Alleviation, Dr. Amthal Al-Huwaili, affirmed on Sunday that Kuwaitizing jobs in cooperative societies is a priority, announcing that interviews for supervisory positions will be held from November 11 to 17, with candidates notified of their interview dates via the “Sahl” app.
This statement came during Minister Al-Huwaili’s attendance at a meeting of the Committee for Kuwaitizing Jobs in Cooperative Societies, where she reviewed the latest developments and implementation steps aimed at accelerating the pace of Kuwaitization and addressing challenges facing the employment of national talents in the sector.
Minister Al-Huwaili emphasized the importance of empowering national cadres, providing an attractive and motivating work environment for them, and implementing Kuwaitization plans according to approved timelines, thereby contributing to the development of the cooperative sector, enhancing its efficiency, and ensuring its sustainability.
