Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Khaled Al-Sharhan, visited the National Security Network Data Center Directorate.
During the visit, Al-Sharhan received a comprehensive briefing covering the directorate’s key tasks and responsibilities, alongside ongoing technical projects and future upgrade and development plans aimed at keeping pace with the latest systems in communications and networking.
The Chief of Staff commended the efforts of personnel at the National Security Network Data Center, praising their role in enhancing coordination and integration among military and security entities, namely the Kuwaiti Army, the Ministry of Interior, the National Guard, and the General Fire Department.
He emphasized the importance of continuing joint coordination and intensifying training and capacity-building efforts to ensure the effective and sustainable operation of the network, while further advancing digital transformation and leveraging modern technologies to support the military and security framework.
