Scottish Police Investigate Allegations of Jeffrey Epstein and Prince Andrew's Stay at Balmoral Castle

Scottish police are conducting an investigation, still in its “early stages,” into allegations that a residence belonging to the late American financier Jeffrey Epstein, convicted of serious crimes, and his associate Ghislaine Maxwell, was hosted at Balmoral Castle in 1999 at the invitation of former Prince Andrew.

Scottish police told various media outlets, “We have received information, and investigations are underway, but they are still in their early stages.”

The Daily Express reported that the probes concern allegations of women trafficking at the castle, located in the Scottish Highlands, which is now owned by King Charles III and was then owned by his mother, Queen Elizabeth II.
