The Ministry of Interior stated in a press release that the General Directorate for Combating Narcotics had succeeded in apprehending the suspects as part of ongoing security efforts to combat such activities and bring those involved to justice.
It clarified that the cases resulted in the seizure of 4,000 capsules of the psychoactive substance “Larica,” 4 kilograms of the same substance in powder form, and 170 grams of the narcotic drug methamphetamine (“Shabu”).
The statement added that the seized items also included 15 sheets saturated with the narcotic chemical “Chemical,” 1 gram of the same substance, 5 grams of the narcotic drug cannabis (“Hashish”), 1 gram of the narcotic drug cocaine, and four sensitive scales.
