Second: The investigation committee for the ministers shall be reconstituted in accordance with Article 3 of Law No. 95/1988 concerning the trial of ministers, as amended by Law No. 29/2014, comprising the following counselors:
Fifth: This decision shall be implemented from the date of its issuance. The provisions contained herein shall be added to the court’s supplementary decisions, and the concerned counselors shall be notified, and the court’s registry administration shall be informed to take the necessary action.
