Ministry of Labor conducts wide rotation among labor department managers

The Public Authority for Manpower issued a series of administrative decisions mandating the rotation of several supervisory staff members, including managers and inspectors, as follows: Jaber Al-Ali was transferred as Manager of the Ahmadi Governorate Work Administration; Sara Al-Hajri as Manager of the Mubarak Al-Kabir Governorate Work Administration; Fahad Al-Ajmi as Manager of the Hawalli Governorate Work Administration; Rashid Al-Sharaki as Manager of the Jahra Governorate Work Administration; and Mohammed Al-Otaibi as Manager of the Capital Governorate Work Administration.

This rotation comes in line with the commitment to serving the public interest and achieving continuous improvement in institutional performance, by making optimal use of available expertise and capabilities, and deploying them in roles that align with the nature and requirements of the current stage.

Furthermore, the rotation contributes to enhancing work efficiency by introducing fresh talent that boosts achievement levels and facilitates the exchange of expertise among departments, thereby positively impacting the quality of services provided and contributing to the desired development.
