As part of the Ministry of Justice’s efforts to develop the technical work system and enhance the efficiency of specialized personnel, the General Administration of Experts held a coordination meeting with the Kuwait Society of Accountants and Auditors, chaired by the Acting Head of the General Administration of Experts, Dr. Fawaz Jasim Boudi, and attended by the Deputy Head of the Administration and the President of the Society, Mr. Sabah Al-Jalawi, to discuss the development of a package of specialized training programs for accounting experts.
The meeting also discussed training on the new program dedicated to auditing the financial statements of commercial companies and the mechanisms for its use in accounting expert work, thereby contributing to enhancing the accuracy of technical reports and improving performance efficiency.
This cooperation comes in line with the Ministry of Justice’s commitment to strengthening partnerships with specialized professional bodies and developing the capabilities of accounting experts to keep pace with legislative and economic developments, while supporting the quality of judicial expert work.
