As part of joint cooperation between the Ministry of Education and state institutions, Fahad Al-Duwairi Secondary School hosted a team from the General Presidency of the National Guard to deliver awareness lectures to students on safety procedures, accident and disaster prevention, and fire safety, as well as the importance of first aid and how to use firefighting equipment. This initiative is part of an awareness program the National Guard plans to implement in 49 schools distributed across all educational districts, in addition to dedicating an awareness event at the General Secretariat of the Ministry of Education, with the aim of promoting a culture of security and safety and enhancing preventive awareness among students and staff in the educational sector.
The school’s principal, Mohammed Al-Mutawa, emphasized the importance of joint cooperation between the Ministry of Education and state institutions in raising students’ awareness and consolidating a culture of safety and prevention, commending the awareness role played by the Kuwaiti National Guard.
