Commercial Bank: High Turnout for the Star Booth at 'Avenues'

In line with its commitment to strengthening direct communication with customers and promoting its banking services, Kuwait Finance House (KFH) organized an event at The Avenues Mall last weekend, attracting visitors’ attention through a dedicated booth that provided comprehensive information about the features of the “Al Najm” account and the opportunity to win its valuable cash prizes.

The bank’s booth witnessed significant foot traffic from mall visitors. The Direct Sales Team within the Retail Banking sector engaged with attendees, explaining the benefits of the “Al Najm” account, the account-opening process, and the eligibility criteria for entering the grand prize draw worth 1.5 million Kuwaiti dinars, scheduled for January 2027.

The bank team also clarified how customers could enhance their chances of qualifying for the draw by increasing their account balance, emphasizing the importance of meeting all required conditions, including the deadline for balance increases on October 31, in accordance with the account’s terms and conditions.

The event featured interactive activities, gift distributions, and financial awareness sessions for booth visitors, focusing on the risks of financial fraud and preventive measures. This initiative was part of the “Let’s Be Aware” campaign launched by the Central Bank of Kuwait in collaboration with the Kuwait Banks Association, aiming to reinforce financial and banking literacy and promote a culture of safe use of digital banking services by safeguarding banking data and information and refraining from disclosing them under any circumstances. Additionally, the bank team addressed visitors’ inquiries regarding the banking services and solutions offered by the bank.
