The Meteorology Department forecast that today, Sunday, the weather will be hot and relatively humid, particularly in coastal areas, with partly cloudy skies and a chance of drizzle. The maximum temperature is expected to reach 36 degrees Celsius, while the minimum will be 26 degrees Celsius, with humidity at 75 percent.

The Department noted that daytime winds will be variable to southeasterly, light to moderate in speed, ranging between 8 and 28 kilometers per hour, with a possibility of drizzle. Overnight, the weather will be warm to mild and relatively humid, especially in coastal regions, with a slight chance of scattered light rain.

It added that nighttime winds will be southeasterly to variable, light to moderate in speed, ranging between 6 and 26 kilometers per hour. The sea will be calm to moderately rough, with wave heights ranging from one to three feet during both daytime and nighttime.
