Speaking on the occasion, Nasser Al-Arfaj, Director of Strategic and Public Relations at Ooredoo Kuwait, said: “Our strategic partnership with MBVision Studios reflects our belief in the importance of supporting Kuwaiti projects that combine creativity, vision, and social impact. Through this partnership, we strive to nurture talents and provide a space for high-quality ideas to evolve and transform into practical programs that contribute to serving society and opening new opportunities for its talents.”
He added: “The global Innovartism initiative represents the first fruits of this collaboration. We aim to contribute to empowering individuals with neurodiversity, supporting their abilities in creativity, learning, and participation, and strengthening the connection between their talents and the opportunities offered by technology, employment, and innovation.”
Al-Arfaj continued: “At Ooredoo, we believe that our role in the technology and telecommunications sector gives us both the opportunity and the responsibility to contribute to building a society where development opportunities are expanded for everyone. Diversity in capabilities and ways of thinking is a vital source of creativity, deserving of an environment that supports it and helps it emerge and grow through programs designed with participant input and tailored to their needs.”
He emphasized: “Our partnership with MBVision Studios lays the foundation for a broader collaborative path encompassing several upcoming initiatives, united by the goal of supporting Kuwaiti projects, nurturing talents, and developing their capabilities. We look forward to this collaboration helping to build bridges between talents, experts, and institutions, and achieving tangible results that enhance individual participation and open new horizons for them.”
Concluding his remarks, Al-Arfaj said: “Investing in people is the foundation of sustainable impact. From this perspective, we continue to support partnerships that give national ideas room to grow and help their owners turn their aspirations into real contributions. We are proud to be a partner in a journey that embraces talents and believes in their ability to add value and innovate.”
For her part, Manal Al-Gharbali, CEO of MBVision Studios and founder of the global Innovartism initiative, said: “We are proud of our strategic partnership with Ooredoo, which reflects a shared belief in the importance of nurturing talents and supporting Kuwaiti projects with a humanistic and creative dimension. This partnership marks an important step in launching the Innovartism initiative and developing a system that provides individuals with neurodiversity broader opportunities to develop their talents and showcase their capabilities.”
She added: “The concept behind Innovartism is to connect individuals with neurodiversity to technology, employment opportunities, innovation, and creativity, bringing together creators, trainers, institutions, and employers within programs designed with community participation. We believe that participation begins with listening to those with lived experiences, understanding their aspirations, and giving them a central role in shaping the programs and opportunities that matter to them.”
Al-Gharbali continued: “The initiative is supported by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in providing experts and specialists, thereby enriching the program development process and enhancing the utilization of specialized knowledge and expertise. We strive to ensure that this translates into practical content that helps participants discover their potential and refine their skills, while fostering communication between them and entities capable of providing opportunities for development and participation.”
She concluded: “The launch of Innovartism marks the beginning of broader collaboration with Ooredoo, through which we aim to introduce several upcoming initiatives that nurture talent and foster creativity. Our ambition is to build a sustainable model that provides space for energy and potential to grow, enhances their contribution to society, and translates Kuwaiti ideas into valuable and impactful opportunities.”
