Through its participation, the bank reaffirmed its commitment to supporting national talent and attracting young professionals, in line with its strategy of investing in human capital and consolidating its position as the most attractive employer for Kuwaitis seeking promising career opportunities and sustainable career paths.

The bank’s booth at the exhibition witnessed widespread visitor interest, as the Group’s Human Resources team received a large number of graduates and job seekers, providing them with career guidance and information about available job opportunities and career paths within the bank, in addition to answering various inquiries related to working in the banking sector and career development requirements.

The bank also enabled those interested in joining its team to submit job applications for available positions across various departments and sectors, a move reflecting its keenness to attract the best national talents and empower them to build successful careers within a world-class work environment.

The exhibition served as an effective platform for direct communication with job seekers and for showcasing the diverse career opportunities and paths offered by the bank. It also allowed the Human Resources team to closely observe the aspirations and career orientations of new graduates and identify their skills, providing the bank with valuable insights that support its future plans for attracting and developing national cadres.

On this occasion, Emad Al-Abdali, Head of Human Resources at National Bank of Kuwait Group, said: “Our participation in the Wadhtiy exhibition reflects the bank’s ongoing commitment to its role as an active partner in supporting Kuwait’s economic and human development by attracting young national talents and providing high-quality career opportunities that enable them to build promising professional futures in the banking sector. We view human capital development as a long-term investment that contributes to preparing qualified national cadres equipped with the necessary skills and expertise to lead the future of the financial sector and effectively contribute to achieving the objectives of Kuwait Vision 2035.”
