Al-Majdali: 'Taqeem' Prepares to Use AI in Developing Real Estate Services

Mubarak Fouad Al-Majdali, Co-Founder and CEO of the real estate platform “Taqyeem,” announced the platform’s intention to integrate artificial intelligence technologies into its services in the near future. This move aims to enhance the user experience and boost the efficiency of real estate data analysis, thereby providing real estate information and indicators more easily and quickly, while keeping pace with technological advancements and the needs of the Kuwaiti real estate market.

In a media statement, Al-Majdali said the platform is leveraging modern technologies to develop real estate data analysis mechanisms, supporting the delivery of more efficient services. He noted that digital transformation will play an increasingly significant role in the real estate sector, particularly given the rapid advancements in artificial intelligence and data analytics.

Al-Majdali pointed out that “Taqyeem” was established in 2025 to facilitate access to real estate information by providing advisory property valuation and rental services, construction cost estimates, real estate listings, and data and studies related to various segments of the Kuwaiti real estate market.

He added that the platform’s concept emerged in response to challenges related to the limited availability of real estate information, with the aim of supporting decision-making based on clear technical foundations. By consolidating a range of services into a single online platform, it simplifies access and utilization. The platform’s services cover private residential and investment properties, ownership units, and industrial and commercial real estate, enabling users to access advisory valuation services, construction cost estimates, and real estate listings through a unified digital interface.

He emphasized that over 15 years of engineering and real estate expertise in property valuation and construction have helped identify the needs of information seekers and determine services that facilitate access to necessary data and indicators. He stressed that applying technology to valuation work aims to accelerate result delivery and improve information access, relying on technical foundations and professional expertise in developing valuation mechanisms.

Al-Majdali noted that the platform targets three main sectors: individuals, companies, and financing institutions. It provides individuals with advisory information to support their real estate decisions, enables companies to utilize valuation services, construction cost estimates, and real estate listings, and offers financing institutions data and market studies useful for market analysis and property assessment.
