Foreign Minister Sheikh Jaraah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah held a telephone call today, Tuesday, with the Foreign Minister of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah Al Saud, discussing the terrorist attacks carried out by the Houthi militia against the Kingdom and the latest regional developments.
During the call, Sheikh Jaraah Al-Sabah expressed the State of Kuwait’s strong condemnation and denunciation of the terrorist attacks targeting innocent civilians and civilian and economic assets in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, emphasizing that they constitute a blatant violation of the Kingdom’s sovereignty and a serious breach of international law and international humanitarian law.
He reaffirmed Kuwait’s firm stance and its absolute solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, stressing Kuwait’s full support for all measures the Kingdom takes to safeguard its sovereignty and preserve its security and stability.
The two sides also discussed the latest regional developments and their repercussions, and underscored the importance of continuing coordination and consultation between the two brotherly countries on various issues of mutual concern.
