4 Matches Today in Round 15 of Handball... Kuwait Leads

The fifteenth round of the Kuwaiti Handball Premier League kicks off today with four matches. At 5:00 PM, Al-Arabi will face Kazma at the Union Hall in the Sheikh Saad Al-Abdullah Sports Complex, while Al-Salmiya will play against Al-Salmiya at the Union Hall in Daeiya.

At 6:30 PM, Kuwait will take on Al-Nasr at the Sheikh Saad Al-Abdullah Hall, and Burqan will face Qadsia at the Union Hall.

The previous round saw Kuwait defeat Burqan 31-25, and Kazma beat Al-Nasr 35-15. The matches between Al-Salmiya and Qadsia, and Al-Arabi and Al-Salmiya, were decided by walkover with a score of 10-0.

Kazma aims to continue their winning streak and climb the standings under the guidance of their French coach Slavija, alongside Anwar bin Abdullah and Brazilian player Silva. Meanwhile, Al-Arabi, led by coach Hussein Habib, relies on their strong squad featuring Hamad Al-Adwani, Mohammed Amer, and foreign players Francisco Silva and Jin Ho Kim.

Kuwait appears favored against Al-Nasr as they look to strengthen their position at the top of the table. Fans are eagerly anticipating the matches between Al-Salmiya and Qadsia, and Burqan and Qadsia, fearing a repeat of the walkovers that occurred in the previous round when Qadsia and Al-Salmiya withdrew. If such a walkover occurs again, the financial penalty will be doubled according to the regulations.
